  • Who do I get in touch with if there’s an issue with my connection?

    Our business customers each have a dedicated account handler who’ll be on hand to help should you have any issues.

  • How do I know if my business is eligible for the £2,500 Gigabit voucher?

    Companies must meet the following criteria.

    • Connection must be a minimum of 100Mbps and upgradable to 1Gb
    • Company must not already have a gigabit capable connection
    • Open to Small and Medium-sized enterprises (fewer than 250 employees)
    • Annual turnover not exceeding €50 million, and/or an annual balance sheet not exceeding €43 million
    • Voucher is for a maximum of £2500 towards installation costs
