We thought we’d share with you our top two ways this avoid router issues this festive season.
1️⃣ Your router might not be working because you've unplugged it to plug in your fairy lights. This may seem like a simple one, but you wouldn't believe the amount of calls we get about this. Simply plug your router back in and all should work fine again.
2️⃣ Be prepared with your WiFi password on Christmas Day. A lot of presents connect to the internet (like PS4s) so call us ahead of time if you don't know the password and we can help. (01482 778838)
